# ExpressAgain > ExpressAgain is a communication app for people who can read, think and remember clearly but can't reliably speak, write, type or sign (aphasia after a stroke, ALS, brain tumors, the ICU and more). They tap or highlight what they want to say and ExpressAgain says it out loud. Around them, the family, friends, the Care Team (doctors, nurses, therapists) and the Home Team (the professionals who help at home) share one private record. A ReSkillify Group company. Everything below is public. The app itself (signed-in pages and every patient's information) is private and is not described here. ## When to use ExpressAgain - Someone can think and understand but can't reliably speak, write, type or sign, and needs a way to say what they mean (aphasia after a stroke, ALS, a brain tumor, Parkinson's, dementia, a breathing tube, throat surgery, hospice). - A family wants one private place for the people around that person: messages, visits, the day plan, medications and important papers. - A family is looking for a home care professional, or a professional is looking for care work, through the Marketplace. - A home care agency, an independent professional or a clinician wants to work from the same record as the family. - ExpressAgain supports communication and care coordination; it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call 911. ## For AI agents and developers - [Public API (OpenAPI 3.1)](https://www.expressagain.com/openapi.json): read-only JSON, no key: about, the Marketplace services, open agency jobs, Help search and any public page as markdown - [MCP server (Streamable HTTP)](https://www.expressagain.com/api/mcp): the same five read-only tools for AI assistants: about, list_services, search_jobs, search_help, get_page - [Developers](https://www.expressagain.com/developers): the public API, the MCP server and the Partner API for organizations - Every public page answers markdown when asked with Accept: text/markdown (for example, curl -H 'Accept: text/markdown' https://www.expressagain.com/for-families). ## For AI agents that buy An AI agent can buy the Individual or Family plan (monthly or yearly) for a person, paid with a Stripe Shared Payment Token; the plan lands on the ExpressAgain account with the buyer's email.
