The Visit Flow Sheet is the agency's Home Visit Treatment Flow Sheet page, kept in the app: the visit date and time, the boxes the paper has, and Use that day's readings, which pulls what Health Tracking holds for that date into the blank boxes. The family reads every visit; the Visit flow sheet report lists them.
