FHIR, the patient way
No integration project needed for the chart itself: families connect Epic (MyChart) and eClinicalWorks (healow) with the patient's or proxy's authorization, read-only, through the published FHIR R4 APIs.
Care-team dashboard
Every clinician who joins a patient's circle with a code sees her day and the clinical picture, and a read-only view of her doctor's records — one screen, no extra logins to manage.
