These terms govern your use of ExpressAgain, a ReSkillify Group company. By using the app or website, you agree to them.

What ExpressAgain is — and isn't

ExpressAgain is a communication-support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (such as 911).

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information entered in an account, including accounts set up on behalf of a patient by a family member, caregiver, clinician, or facility.

Acceptable use

Use ExpressAgain lawfully and only as intended. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Voice consent

If you create a custom voice from a recording, you confirm that you have the right and permission of the person whose voice is recorded. You may not create a voice from anyone without their consent.

Subscriptions and payments

ExpressAgain offers free features and optional paid features. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms. Facility and enterprise licensing is handled by separate agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination, governing law, and changes

• We may suspend or end access for misuse or as required by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReSkillify Group operates.
• We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
