Text notifications — how members opt in

ExpressAgain sends SMS notifications only to family members who have joined a patient's private care circle and expressly opted in. There is no public sign-up for texts: each member receives a personal invitation link from their family's care organizer, and the opt-in happens on that invitation's account-creation page (a web form). Consent is never a condition of using ExpressAgain, and the opt-in checkbox is never pre-selected.
The opt-in form, exactly as members see it
On the invitation page, below the name / email / password fields, members with a cell number on their invite see this unchecked checkbox:

What we send
- New posts shared in the member's family circle feed.
- Replies to the member's own posts.
- SOS alerts raised by the patient.
- Visit request and visit planning updates.
Frequency, rates, and opting out
- Message frequency varies with circle activity — at most one notification text per hour per member.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Texts can also be turned off anytime in Profile & Settings → Notifications.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
