How pricing works
Pricing is tailored to your agency's size and needs. We don't publish a number, because two agencys rarely need the same thing.
We walk you through it on a call: what you'd use, how many people, which add-ons, and what it would cost. We also make sure ExpressAgain is a fit before anything is signed.
The patient's own voice is never part of the price: Communicate is free for every patient, always.

Enrollment and sponsorship
Enroll a patient's family; your agency follows the care and can sponsor the circle's access.
Her Day, for your clinicians
Your nurses, aides and therapists join the patient's care team with a code and read her Day: the daily care plan and task sheet every arriving care person needs.
Care alerts and reports
Alerts from the targets the care team sets, the visit flow sheet, each patient's health reports and an organization summary.
Emergency Plan Card
The agency's patient emergency plan identification card, kept in the app and printable.
Agencies & Quotes
Families send a de-identified care overview; your agency answers with a quote, no login needed.
