How pricing works
Pricing is tailored to your plan's size and needs. We don't publish a number, because two plans rarely need the same thing.
We walk you through it on a call: what you'd use, how many people, which add-ons, and what it would cost. We also make sure ExpressAgain is a fit before anything is signed.
The patient's own voice is never part of the price: Communicate is free for every patient, always.
What's included
Only what exists in ExpressAgain today. Anything still being switched on says so.
Sponsored access
The health plan pays first: a sponsored family is never asked to pay, and the app reads "Covered by" your plan's name.
Member references kept sealed
A coverage identifier is sealed at rest; only its last 4 characters are ever readable.
A grace period
If a sponsorship ends, the circle keeps its access for a grace period, so nothing a family recorded is cut off the day coverage stops.
Partner API
Read what families record at home, only for members whose families shared with you, only the scopes they chose, every call logged.
