For Clinicians

A voice your patients can use between sessions.

For SLPs, PTs, OTs, and care teams: assign exercises, leave session notes, and give your patients a communication tool that works the moment therapy ends.

Why clinicians recommend ExpressAgain

Built to extend your therapy plan into every hour you are not in the room.

Carryover between sessions

Guided practice patients can do on their own: model, repeat, listen back. Never graded, never scored — encouragement instead of red marks.

Real utterances, not flashcards

The phrase library is built from what people actually need to say in hospitals and at home — needs, refusals with reasons, medical self-advocacy.

Your own therapist access

A single-use therapist code ties you to your patient. Assign exercises and leave session notes in a space built for SLPs, PTs, and OTs.

Family in the loop — without sharing your notes

Role-based access keeps your clinical notes separate from the family circle. Family sees encouragement and updates, not your documentation.

Referring a patient takes one conversation

The family creates the account — free to start — and you join with a single-use therapist code tied to that patient. Nothing to install, nothing to bill through.

Where we are today: therapist access — exercises and session notes — is live now. A fuller clinician dashboard is on the way.Roadmap

Speech practice that meets them where they are

Repeat-after-me practice uses the patient's own cloned voice as the model, so they are working toward a voice that sounds like them. Structured lessons with narrated videos guide practice when you are not in the room.

Communication recovery is a family sport

A mood and care journal helps families track how the day really went, and compiles into a printable Care Team Report your patients can bring to their next appointment with you.

I built ExpressAgain for my mother, Debbie. Five lesions on the left side of her brain took her speech, not her mind. She still has so much to say — now she has the tools to say it.

One team, one plan

Built for the interdisciplinary care team

ExpressAgain is an integrated patient care, communication, and care management platform built for people who can think, read and remember clearly but struggle to speak, as well as people who can speak for themselves but have no safe, trusted way to show whether the care they're receiving is the care they're owed.

As an all-in-one platform, it brings patients together with the families, caregivers, nurses, therapists, physicians and agencies who care for them, so everyone works from one plan, one schedule and one shared record, from the hospital to home.

The same day, the same medications, the same notes, and the same record of who did what and when.

The patient in the middle, with families, caregivers, nurses, therapists, physicians and agencies in boxes around the patient, an arrow between each box and the patient, and a ring through all six boxes that says One plan, One schedule, One shared record. The patientone person, one planFamiliesthe daughter, thesiblings, thefriends who show upCaregiversaides, CNAs andcompanions in thehome, hireddirectly or sent byan agencyNursesRNs and LPNs onvisits, shifts andmedications, withthe visit noteTherapistsspeech, physicaland occupational, with exercises topractice at homePhysiciansMDs, DOs, NPs andPAs, reading whatchanged since thelast visitAgenciesthe office thatstaffs, schedulesand billsOne plan · One schedule · One shared record

The patient is in the middle, and six kinds of people care for that one person. Every arrow runs between a box and the patient, and the ring runs through all six:

  • Families: the daughter, the siblings, the friends who show up.
  • Caregivers: aides, CNAs and companions in the home, hired directly or sent by an agency.
  • Nurses: RNs and LPNs on visits, shifts and medications, with the visit note.
  • Therapists: speech, physical and occupational, with exercises to practice at home.
  • Physicians: MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs, reading what changed since the last visit.
  • Agencies: the office that staffs, schedules and bills.

All of them work from one plan, one schedule and one shared record: the day plan the family writes is the one the aide follows and every care-team login reads.

Hospice, palliative care and community paramedic clinicians join the care team the same way, with a code from the family.
