A person's ability to communicate is never behind a paywall, and you never need a credit card for it.

Individual is for the one person running the care. It adds the patient’s own cloned voice; the ID Care Plan (Status Board, Health Tracking with care alerts, Prescriptions and the dose log, Appointments, Insurance & Devices, Doctor's Records, health reports and the weekly summary for the doctor, and clinician logins on the Care Team); your loved one’s care (the Day plan, Menu & Kitchen with Snap the meal, Supplies, Eating Out, the Schedule, Visit Planning, My Vault, Bills & Payments); and the Home Team (profiles, agreements, shifts, pay and Home Team reports).

Family is the whole circle: unlimited family and friends on the feed, the daily note, the Love Bucket, messages answered in the patient’s own voice, Visitors and visit scheduling, Comeback Stories, Feel Good, Games & Play together, and extra caregiver-role accounts so more than one person can help run the care.

Yes. Free invites 2 family members to the Family & Friends Feed and Individual invites 5. They can read, post, comment and react, and they get the daily reminders that point them to the feed. Family is unlimited. Nobody already in a circle is ever removed, and until billing launches nothing is limited at all.

When an organization or health plan sponsors your access, you are not asked to pay. A health plan comes first; a practice that enrolls the patient covers the care management and reports it uses to follow the patient’s care. If a sponsorship ends, a grace period keeps everything open while you decide.

Individual and Family are chosen on the Upgrade page inside the app and paid by card through Stripe's secure checkout, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time. Nothing you have already added is ever removed if a plan ends. Organizations receive a Stripe invoice and can pay by card, ACH or wire.
