What does the Family plan add?
Family adds natural premium voices (including your loved one's own cloned voice), the Family Circle feed for photos, voice notes, video, and reactions, private family voice messages, the mood + care journal with a printable Care Team Report, and single-use invite codes so the whole family can join safely.
Can multiple caregivers share one account?
Yes. The Family Circle is built around one loved one, and the circle supports multiple caregivers and family members — each person joins with their own single-use invite code, so access stays private and under your control.
How do clinicians join?
Therapists (SLPs, PTs, and OTs) connect to a patient with a single-use patient code the family shares. From there they can assign exercises and keep session notes that stay separate from the family's space. If you'd like to see it first, request a preview and we'll set one up personally.
When does billing launch?
Soon — checkout isn't live yet. Today, early families unlock paid features with a founder access code instead, so no one is charged before billing officially launches. Prices on this page are what plans will cost at launch.
Do you offer BAAs?
A formal compliance program with BAAs is on our roadmap, not something we sign today. If your facility needs one, talk with us — it helps us prioritize, and we'll be straight with you about timelines.
