How pricing works
Pricing is tailored to your practice's size and needs. We don't publish a number, because two practices rarely need the same thing.
We walk you through it on a call: what you'd use, how many people, which add-ons, and what it would cost. We also make sure ExpressAgain is a fit before anything is signed.
The patient's own voice is never part of the price: Communicate is free for every patient, always.
What's included
Only what exists in ExpressAgain today. Anything still being switched on says so.
The organization panel
Panel, Feed & alerts, Patients, Team, Reports and Settings: every enrolled patient on one screen, with each provider's own list and the practice's.
Enrollment
Invite a patient's family to enroll; once they accept, the practice follows the patient's care and sponsors care management and reports for that circle.
Care alerts
The targets the care team sets on Health Tracking raise alerts on Feed & alerts when a reading or an event needs a look.
Reports
Each patient's health reports (vitals and glucose, medications, symptoms and alerts, the weekly home summary, the visit flow sheet) and an organization summary.
Billing support
The care time log, the monthly documentation report and biller CSVs, with the estimated reimbursement opportunity for the month: what is documented, what is ready and what is blocked, and why.
Appointments
The family keeps every clinical visit under the ID Care Plan, and the care team sees the next visit.
Chart connections
Epic (through MyChart) and eClinicalWorks (through healow), read-only after the patient authorizes it.
Built, activating on approval
HL7 feed
Admits, discharges and results from your system into the panel; home readings back the same way.
Built, pending activation
Partner API
Programmatic access to the home-care data of the patients whose families shared with you, and a way to push data in.
