Health reports

Vitals and glucose, medications, symptoms and alerts, the weekly home summary and the visit flow sheet — each with a range, Print and Download CSV, identical for the family and the clinicians.

Reports (under ID Care Plan) has five reports: Vitals and glucose, Medications, Symptoms and alerts, the Weekly home summary, and the Visit flow sheet. Pick 7, 30 or 90 days or a from–to range; Print shows only the report with a header naming the patient and the range; Download CSV is built from the rows on screen. Everything is counts, ranges, lowest / average / highest and the words that were logged — never a judgment of a number.

The clinicians' dashboard shows the very same component on its Reports tab, so the doctor pulls her own report and reads exactly what the family reads. A sixth tile, Billing support, is for the practice's biller.

Owner and caregiver-role accounts open the family page; the family and friends tiers do not.
