My Vault

A PIN-protected space encrypted on this device only, masked until you tap Show, and never spoken aloud.

1 min readUpdated For: patient, family

My Vault is a private, PIN-protected space for the things that must not leak: it is really encrypted with a key derived from the PIN, and it lives only on this device. Decrypted items exist only while the page is open — navigating away relocks it, and there is a Lock button too. Values are masked until you tap Show, and nothing on this page is ever read aloud. You can change the PIN from inside the vault.

Because it lives on the device, the vault does not sync between phones. Bills and their pay logins have their own shared page for the caregiver logins.

What it looks like

Screens at phone width, with sample names — no real person’s information.

My Vault: set a PIN; everything inside is encrypted on this device.
