For the professionals who work on ExpressAgain
Companion jobs for seniors who struggle to speak
Companion jobs for seniors on ExpressAgain are about presence: conversation, games, music, walks, and learning how one person communicates. Are you looking to help people who cannot speak for themselves, after a stroke, with Parkinson's, ALS or dementia? Families post the request; you answer.
This is what we do
Senior Companionship Care
A trained, patient presence: someone who shows up, learns how the person communicates, slows down, offers choices, uses the patient's ExpressAgain app together, and lets silence be comfortable.

Games, sing-along and music
Memory Match, Word Match and Tic Tac Toe with no timers, sing-along songs and the family's own music, played together.

Notes back to the family
The team feed is where you and the family post; a ticked step of the day shows there as an activity line with your initials.

This is how you start
Tell us about yourself in the short form; a person from ExpressAgain may call you.
Create your profile on the Marketplace: who you are, your city and ZIP, how far you travel, your role and your services, then tap Create My Provider Profile.
On Provider Home add your photo, set Pay by distance and your credentials, and answer the requests under Matched to you.
Questions people ask
Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating your Marketplace profile and your login is free. The Home Team tools you use in a family's home, the clock, the checklists and the invoices, come with that family's ExpressAgain plan, not yours.
What happens after I send the form?
A person from ExpressAgain may call you. The link on the thank-you page opens the Marketplace's provider side, where your profile and your login are made in one step; Provider Home then lists the requests families sent you and the open requests near you.
How do I get paid?
Pick a pay method once: Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, a check, a bank transfer or a wire. Your clocked hours become the pay period's timesheet; Make my invoice sends it, the family approves and marks it paid, and a day with required items missing is held for review, never unpaid.
Do I need a license?
A companion role needs no clinical license. Credentials such as a CPR card can be added with the expiry, and the family's Getting started list says what that family asks for.
