Pay by distance, credentials on file and the requests matched to you

On your Provider Home, Pay by distance holds three rates: within 30 miles, 30 to 60 miles and 60 to 100 miles from your ZIP, per hour and, if you are a clinician, per visit. Leave a distance blank if you do not go that far, and set I don't travel beyond for a limit in between. Tick the tasks you do and when you work. Your ZIP stays private: families and agencies see its 3-digit area, and your public profile shows the rates you set and how far you travel.

Credentials on file is where you add a credential for matching: the type (RN, LPN or LVN, medication aide, CNA, home health aide, personal care aide, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, MSW, CPR), the state that issued it, whether an RN or LPN license is multistate (Nurse Licensure Compact), the expiry date and a photo or PDF of it. Only you can open the copy. Families and agencies see the type, the state and the expiry, written as credential on file, expires on the month and year; ExpressAgain does not check it with the state board. A credential counts for matching only while it is current, only in the state that issued it (a CPR card counts anywhere; an RN or LPN multistate license also counts in the other Nurse Licensure Compact states; a CNA never travels), and only with a copy on file.

Matched to you lists the open requests that meet your rate for the distance, your credentials in the state where the care happens, the tasks you do and how far you travel, best fit first, each with its reasons and the exact miles. Medication and nursing tasks match only where your credential is allowed to do them in that state, and never in a state whose rule is not confirmed yet. Under the list, the requests near you that do not match say why, such as the offer being under your rate. Filter by distance, pay, task, credential asked and schedule; Tell me when a new match appears saves the filter and counts new matches here, in the app, with no email or text from it.
