Your Agency Home: getting listed and finding clients

An agency that joins the Marketplace lands in its Agency Home: Overview, Find clients, Inquiries & intake, Clients and Agency listing, each its own page. One five-step checklist says what is required to be listed, the optional additions say they are optional, and three statuses stay separate: whether the listing is published, what business details were reviewed, and whether you are accepting new clients.

Where it is. Sign in with the agency's Marketplace login and open expressagain.com/marketplace/home. The page is a full-width workspace: the ExpressAgain logo at the top left over Agency marketplace, your name and Sign out at the top right beside the account menu (What's New, Referrals, Help and the policies), and on a desktop a menu down the left headed by your agency's name: Overview, Find clients, Inquiries & intake, Clients and Agency listing. On a phone the same five doors open from the Menu button in the header. Under the menu, one line: Find clients here. Choose how to manage their care when you onboard them. A link under it opens the agency management workspace (Today, schedules, your team, client billing and settings), which matters once you choose to manage a client's care in ExpressAgain. An independent professional's login keeps its Provider Home; the Agency Home is an agency's or facility's.

Overview before the listing is ready. The first page reads Welcome with your first name, then Get your agency ready to find clients, and three steps: Create your listing (show families where and how you provide care), Connect with families (receive inquiries and respond to suitable care requests) and Onboard your clients (choose how to coordinate each client's care). Under them, the one checklist, Set up your agency listing, with a count such as 2 of 5 required steps ready, a Continue agency setup button that opens the next required step, and beside it Your agency listing with its three statuses and Make your listing yours with the optional additions.

The checklist. Five steps, every one required and read from what your listing actually holds, never from a box you tick: Agency information (your company name, agency type, a primary contact phone, the city and ZIP of your office, a short description), Services and service area (the services you provide and the locations you serve), Client needs and availability (the most assistance your team takes on, the people you send into a home, and whether you take new clients), Listing requirements (a phone families can call and, when your agency is set up with us, the business details review), and Preview and submit. A step that is not done says what is still missing, in plain words; the next one's button is filled. When the business details review has been sent and is waiting, that step reads Sent for review and nothing else waits on it. Under the list: a complete listing helps families understand your agency; it does not guarantee clients.

Required and optional look different. The logo, the introductory video, a longer introduction, the care plans you offer and the conditions you have experience with are additions under Make your listing yours; each shows a check when it is set and none of them is ever on the checklist or counted against you. About your agency, with Years in operation and a few plain facts, is optional too. A missing video is not a failure; an agency with no services is not ready to match, and the checklist says so.

Overview once listed. When every required step is done the page reads Find your next care client, with Browse care requests at the top, then, in order: Needs your attention (each new family inquiry with its one action, Reply; Nothing needs your attention right now when there is none), Matching care requests (the requests that fit your selected services and service area, with the need, the location, the schedule and when they were posted, and View request before you open one; View all opens Find clients), Inquiries moving through intake (each care request you responded to with where it stands: Responded, or Request closed, and the family's record in Client intake), the compact Your agency listing panel with the three statuses and Edit listing, and the secondary actions: Already have clients? with Bring existing clients, and Received a family invitation? with Review invitation.

The truthful empty state. When no open care request fits, the page says No current care requests match your selected services and locations, with two buttons: Review service area, which opens the services and locations on your Agency listing, and Manage request alerts, which opens Request alerts on the same page. The alerts are what they are today: an email the moment a family posts a care request that matches your selected services and locations; they follow your listing, and there is no separate alert switch.

Find clients. Its own page: Matching care requests, based on your selected services and service area, each with the family's first name, the ZIP, the schedule and the request, and Respond, which sends your message with your contact details to the family. Requests for your services in other areas fold under one line. The same empty state as the Overview when nothing fits.

Inquiries & intake. Its own page, in two parts: Inquiries from families (a family found your listing and asked for your agency; the family's email and phone are there because they asked for you, and what they wrote about the patient) and Care requests you've responded to (the family has your message and contact details; each reads Responded while the request is open, Request closed after). Under them, Intake stages: the stages for each prospective client are being built; until then Open Client intake opens the existing Client intake in the agency management workspace.

Clients. Its own page: Clients being onboarded (empty until a client is started from an inquiry), Established clients (Open your clients opens the agency management workspace), Bring existing clients with its three paths, Add a client, Connect an existing ExpressAgain care team and Import a client list (each opens the agency's Clients setup step today, which connects, adds and imports), and Received a family invitation?, which opens the care-team sign-in where the 6-digit code is entered with this same login. Where a client comes from and how you manage that client are two separate decisions.

Agency listing. Its own page: the checklist at the top, then the listing itself with Edit listing: the company name families see, the agency type, the city and ZIP of your office, the locations you serve, the primary contact phone, the services your agency provides, What families match on (the people you send into a home and the most assistance your team takes on are required for the listing; the rest is optional), a short description, and the Vaccinations line. Under it, Clients we accept and Request alerts. On the right: Your agency listing with the three statuses, then Make your listing yours, Your introductory video, About your agency and, once the listing is published, Featured placement, an optional promotion.

Three statuses, separately. Publication says whether families can find the listing in Marketplace search, with the same rule the search uses: the listing was submitted, at least one service is chosen, and, when your agency is set up with us, the business details were reviewed. It reads Published, Under review (your listing waits for the review; meanwhile you can browse care requests, finish the optional parts and bring existing clients) or Not published, with the reason. Published says nothing about the review or your capacity. Verification says what was actually reviewed: Business details reviewed, with the fields the review looked at (the legal business name, the entity type, the EIN on file, the organization NPI, the authorized representative, liability insurance and so on), or Sent for review, Review not completed, Needs attention or Restricted, each with its line; View verification details opens Agency verification in Setup. No review on file reads so for a login without an organization. Client availability reads Accepting new clients or Not accepting right now; Update client availability switches it. The listing stays published while you are not accepting, and your card in search and your profile say Not accepting new clients right now, so families can still read it.

The services you tick decide the matches. The join form's old hint, leave them all unchecked to appear for every care type, is gone for everyone. A profile matches a care request only for a service it ticked, and an agency with no services ticked matches nothing and is not shown in search until it chooses its services; the checklist says No services selected yet. A profile with no services never reads open to every care type on its card or profile; it reads No services listed yet.

Agency language. On these pages the words are the agency's: Agency listing, not My profile; About your agency, not About you; Years in operation; Care requests you've responded to, not Jobs you've responded to; Update client availability, not I'm not available right now. Find professionals for your agency left the home: it is in the agency management workspace under Hiring, as Find professionals on the Marketplace, its own page.

The join page once the profile is live. Create your provider profile ends with Your profile is live and you're signed in; at that moment the site's header shows Agency Home (Provider Home for a person) and Sign out in place of Log In and Create Account, and the button reads Go to my Agency Home. The same header shows on the Marketplace's pages whenever the login is signed in.
