Be found on the public city pages

One switch on Provider Home, off unless you turn it on, lists you by first name on the ExpressAgain city pages within 25 miles of you and lets search engines index your Marketplace card; nobody who did not switch it on is ever shown.

ExpressAgain has a public page for every city in the United States (Home care in a city, under /home-care). Each one shows the live numbers from the Marketplace within 25 miles, and, since October 2026, the professionals near that city who chose to be listed there. Being listed is your own choice, and it is off until you turn it on.

The switch. On Provider Home, under My profile, the section Public listing holds one switch: Show me on ExpressAgain's public pages and in search engines. Tap it and it saves at once; the line under it reads On since the day you turned it on, or Off. Tap it again to switch it off any time. The city pages read the switch when they are re-made, about once a day, so you appear on them, or leave them, within a day. The section is on a person's profile only: an agency or facility profile does not have it, and the agency office cannot switch it on for anyone.

What is shown when the switch is on. On the city page of every place within 25 miles of your ZIP code (the same miles the Marketplace counts, from the center of your ZIP code to the city), under the heading Professionals near that city: your first name, your role, the services you offer, your city with its state, how many miles you are from that city, your photo (or the first letter of your first name on a plain disc), and one link, See profile, to your Marketplace card. On a city page for one service, for example Home care in Columbia, SC, Personal Care, only the professionals who offer that service are listed. Up to eight are listed per page, nearest first, then the newest profile.

What is never shown, switch on or off: your last name, your phone, your email, your home address and your ZIP code. Your Marketplace card already shows your name as a first name and an initial, your city, state and ZIP code, and never a phone or an email; the city pages show less than the card.

Search engines. With the switch on, your Marketplace card asks search engines to index it (index, follow, with its own address as the canonical one) and its title carries your first name, your role, your city and the services you offer. With the switch off, the card stays open to anyone with the link, as before, but tells search engines not to index it. The city page also lists you in its structured data (an ItemList of the professionals shown, with the first name, the role and the card's address) so a search engine can read the list the way a person does.

Who is listed at all. Only a live profile (not paused) of a person, never a demo profile, never an agency, and only when the switch is on. A profile with no first name on it is not listed. The families' own public pages on the same city page are a different block, Families on ExpressAgain in the city, with its own switch on the family's side (List the page in the community).

Step by step

  1. 1Sign in and open Provider Home.
  2. 2Under My profile, find the section Public listing.
  3. 3Tap the switch Show me on ExpressAgain's public pages and in search engines. The line under it reads On since today.
  4. 4Open the city page for your city (Home care in your city, from the footer's Popular cities row or /home-care) and find yourself under Professionals near that city.
  5. 5To leave the city pages and search engines, tap the switch again; the line reads Off.
