Go to expressagain.com/home-care for the states and the twelve largest cities, or tap a city in the Popular cities row at the bottom of any public page or on the Marketplace. A state page lists its largest cities first, with every place in the state in a closed list you open to find a town. The place list is the U.S. Census Bureau's Gazetteer of incorporated places and census-designated places in the 50 states and the District of Columbia; a city that is not in it has no page.
A city page opens with a plain two-sentence answer, then the live numbers from the Marketplace within 25 miles: professionals with a live profile (by service), open care requests, open agency jobs and agencies, each shown only above zero, with a plain line when there are no professionals listed nearby yet. Under that: the thirteen home care services and five condition pages, each with its own page for the city; the local facts the public data has for the place; the eight nearest places; the common questions, answered from the app as it is; the four doors (Post a care request, Find a professional, Apply for jobs in the city, List your agency); and a Sources line naming the public data used.
A service page for a city, such as Companion Care in Columbia, SC, says what the service includes in the Marketplace's own words and links the service's request form. A condition page, such as hospice care at home, says what ExpressAgain does for the condition and which services fit. The jobs page explains how the jobs board works, lists a page per role (CNA, HHA, RN, LPN, companion, PT, OT, SLP) and the open agency jobs near the city, each opening the agency's own job page. The agencies page explains how an agency lists itself and answers requests.
Not every page asks search engines to index it. A page with enough real content (the largest places and their top services, or a place with professionals, requests or jobs nearby) says index; the rest say noindex and still link, so nothing is hidden from a visitor. The sitemap index at /sitemap-index.xml lists one child sitemap per state per family. Every state's city pages show the hospitals, rehab and nursing facilities within 25 miles from CMS (hospitals first, each named as CMS publishes it, with its kind in plain words) and the local market wages for home care roles from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, as hourly figures for the metro area or the state, under a heading that names BLS and the year. Medicaid programs, the Area Agency on Aging and the state's rules appear once their public data is loaded. The pages never show an ExpressAgain price.
