For a franchise or multi-state home care company
Franchise home care software for a multi-state agency
Franchise home care software has to fit the systems the franchise already runs. ExpressAgain's Partner API sends the home data a family shared to your CRM through webhooks, your website's request forms land in your workspace, EVV and payroll export per state, and the rest is scoped in a call.
What is already built
The Partner API and webhooks
Consent-first access to the home data a family shared with an organization: readings, medications, the care plan and visit notes, with write-back, webhooks and every call logged. Keys are issued after a signed BAA.

Request forms on your own website
Three forms families fill in, as iframes on your own website or as pages ExpressAgain hosts for you; every submission lands under Requests in your workspace and the office gets an email.

Today: a Partner API with webhooks, request forms on your site, EVV and payroll export; the agreement is scoped in a call.

How it works
Book the scoping call; a real person walks through your unit, your discharge and your physician groups with your own patients as the example.
Enroll a patient by email or text from the organization panel; the invitation names your organization, never the patient, and the family accepts on the Care Team page.
Follow the days at home: readings against your targets, the dose log, the alerts, and the transitional care checks on Reports.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
The family's account is free to start, and Communicate is never behind a paywall. Your organization is set up with our team, starting in preview with a few patients and a few people; the package is set in a call and no price is published on this page.
What happens after I book the call?
A 30-minute call with a real person, using your own patients as the example. Your organization then starts in preview: providers see the patients whose families added them, a few patients can be enrolled to see how it works, and the whole organization comes on when the agreement is signed.
When do we get API keys?
Partner API keys are issued after a signed BAA, and the BAA waits on our vendor agreements, which are in progress; the Developers page documents the endpoints now.
Do the forms need a login?
No. Families fill in the three request forms as iframes on your own website or on pages ExpressAgain hosts for you; every submission lands under Requests and the office gets an email.
