For a technology startup

A care management platform under your startup's product

A care management platform for a startup should be something you can build on, not just log in to. ExpressAgain publishes a read-only public API, a Partner API with write-back and webhooks for the data a family shares, every public page as markdown for agents, and an MCP server, all documented on the Developers page.

What is already built

The public API

Read-only JSON with no key: about, the Marketplace services, open agency jobs, Help search and any public page as markdown, described by an OpenAPI 3.1 document.

The Partner API and webhooks

Consent-first access to the home data a family shared with an organization: readings, medications, the care plan and visit notes, with write-back, webhooks and every call logged. Keys are issued after a signed BAA.

The MCP server

The same five read-only tools for AI assistants over Streamable HTTP: about, list_services, search_jobs, search_help and get_page.

Share codes and scopes

The family types an organization's share code, picks exactly what it may read or add, and can revoke the grant at any time. Nothing is shared until the family says so.

Today: a public API, a Partner API with webhooks, an MCP server and consent the family controls.

How it works

  1. Read the Developers page: the public API, the MCP server and the Partner API's endpoints, with the OpenAPI document.

  2. Book the scoping call; a real person walks through what your product needs to read and write and the consent flow.

  3. Partner API keys are issued after a signed BAA; until then the public API and the MCP server work with no key.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

The family's account is free to start, and Communicate is never behind a paywall. Your organization is set up with our team, starting in preview with a few patients and a few people; the package is set in a call and no price is published on this page.

What happens after I book the call?

A 30-minute call with a real person, using your own patients as the example. Your organization then starts in preview: providers see the patients whose families added them, a few patients can be enrolled to see how it works, and the whole organization comes on when the agreement is signed.

Is there an SDK?

The public API is plain JSON described by an OpenAPI 3.1 document at /openapi.json, and the MCP server speaks Streamable HTTP; there is no separate SDK.

Can we white-label it?

That is a scoping-call question; this page describes only what is built today: the APIs, the markdown pages and the MCP server.

The platform is built; the next step is a conversation.
