For the professionals who work on ExpressAgain
Private duty nurse jobs, posted by families directly
Private duty nurse jobs on ExpressAgain are posted by families directly, with the schedule, the tasks and the ZIP area, and answered without an agency in between. Are you looking to help people who cannot speak for themselves, after a stroke, with Parkinson's, ALS or dementia? The family's questionnaire, the agreement and the pay all run through one app.
This is what we do
A family's questionnaire, without a login
A texted link opens a few questions from the family: what you can do, which schedules you could fill, references, whether you are open to a background check, and your rate, with nothing about the patient on it.

Your agreement, signed in the app
My agreement shows only the agreements sent to you, with the full text exactly as it was sent; tick I have read this, type your full name and tap Sign, and once the family countersigns both signatures show.

How you get paid
Pick a pay method once: Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, a check, a bank transfer or a wire. Make my invoice sends the pay period; the family approves and marks it paid.

Each family adds you with its own code
The family gives you a code for your role; at the IDC Team sign-in the code is checked, then you say who you are and choose a password. One email and password across every family.

Today: the family's questionnaire, a signed agreement, your pay method and one login per family.

This is how you start
Tell us about yourself in the short form; a person from ExpressAgain may call you.
Create your profile on the Marketplace: who you are, your city and ZIP, how far you travel, your role and your services, then tap Create My Provider Profile.
On Provider Home add your photo, set Pay by distance and your credentials, and answer the requests under Matched to you.
Questions people ask
Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating your Marketplace profile and your login is free. The Home Team tools you use in a family's home, the clock, the checklists and the invoices, come with that family's ExpressAgain plan, not yours.
What happens after I send the form?
A person from ExpressAgain may call you. The link on the thank-you page opens the Marketplace's provider side, where your profile and your login are made in one step; Provider Home then lists the requests families sent you and the open requests near you.
Do families see my phone number?
No. Your public profile and your card in search show a first name and an initial, your badge, your role with the credential letters, your city, state and ZIP code, and how far you travel, never a phone or an email. Contact starts when a family sends you a request and you answer it.
What is on the W-9?
You fill and sign the W-9 in the app; W-4 and I-9 open the official blank forms. The family sees W-9 on file with the last four digits and a logged reveal for the 1099.
