For the professionals who work on ExpressAgain

LPN home care jobs: the medication list from the label, the dose log in one tap

LPN home care jobs on ExpressAgain are shifts and visits where the medication list is kept from the label, the dose log is one tap, and the family reads what you logged. Are you looking to help people who cannot speak for themselves, after a stroke, with Parkinson's, ALS or dementia? This is what the work looks like.

This is what we do

The dose pop-up on your shift

When a set is due and you are clocked in, the pop-up comes to you: Given now, Given earlier, or each one Given, Skipped or Refused, and the family sees a small banner.

Start and end of shift, with photo proof

The Checklist tab holds the family's Start of shift and End of shift lists; a shift that gives medication pins that item first, and with photo proof on the flagged items need a photo before they count.

The personal care log

Showers, bed baths, wash-ups, hair, mouth care, dressing, a skin check and moving around, with how the person moved; legs gave out and nearly fell reach the care team at once, like a fall.

A clock, a timesheet and an invoice

Clock in and out with breaks; the hours become the pay period's timesheet, Make my invoice sends it, and the family approves and marks it paid.

Today: the dose pop-up, checklists, the personal care log and a timesheet from the clock.

Prescriptions: each medication as an accordion with All, Active, Paused and Stopped, allergies and pharmacies.

Questions people ask

Is it free to join?

Yes. Creating your Marketplace profile and your login is free. The Home Team tools you use in a family's home, the clock, the checklists and the invoices, come with that family's ExpressAgain plan, not yours.

What happens after I send the form?

A person from ExpressAgain may call you. The link on the thank-you page opens the Marketplace's provider side, where your profile and your login are made in one step; Provider Home then lists the requests families sent you and the open requests near you.

How do I get paid?

Pick a pay method once: Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, a check, a bank transfer or a wire. Your clocked hours become the pay period's timesheet; Make my invoice sends it, the family approves and marks it paid, and a day with required items missing is held for review, never unpaid.

Do families see my phone number?

No. Your public profile and your card in search show a first name and an initial, your badge, your role with the credential letters, your city, state and ZIP code, and how far you travel, never a phone or an email. Contact starts when a family sends you a request and you answer it.
