For the professionals who work on ExpressAgain
CNA jobs in homes, with the care plan already written
CNA jobs on ExpressAgain are shifts in a family's home where the day is already written down: the start-of-shift checklist, the day plan with its steps, the doses due. Are you looking to help people who cannot speak for themselves, after a stroke, with Parkinson's, ALS or dementia? Families near you are posting the requests.
This is what we do
Start and end of shift, with photo proof
The Checklist tab holds the family's Start of shift and End of shift lists; a shift that gives medication pins that item first, and with photo proof on the flagged items need a photo before they count.

The dose pop-up on your shift
When a set is due and you are clocked in, the pop-up comes to you: Given now, Given earlier, or each one Given, Skipped or Refused, and the family sees a small banner.

The Day tab, named after the patient
Each block of the day the family wrote, with its how-to video and its steps; tick each step as you do it and your name and the time are saved.

Credentials on file, with the expiry
Add a license, a certificate or a CPR card with the state and the expiry date; families see the type, the state and the expiry, and only you can open the copy. Expiring cards turn amber, expired ones red; pay and clock-out are never blocked by paperwork.

This is how you start
Tell us about yourself in the short form; a person from ExpressAgain may call you.
Create your profile on the Marketplace: who you are, your city and ZIP, how far you travel, your role and your services, then tap Create My Provider Profile.
On Provider Home add your photo, set Pay by distance and your credentials, and answer the requests under Matched to you.
Questions people ask
Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating your Marketplace profile and your login is free. The Home Team tools you use in a family's home, the clock, the checklists and the invoices, come with that family's ExpressAgain plan, not yours.
What happens after I send the form?
A person from ExpressAgain may call you. The link on the thank-you page opens the Marketplace's provider side, where your profile and your login are made in one step; Provider Home then lists the requests families sent you and the open requests near you.
What if a shift gives medication?
A shift marked as giving medication pins that item first on the checklist, and it goes only to people cleared for medications; a medication task matches only where your credential is allowed to do it in that state.
How do I get paid?
Pick a pay method once: Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, a check, a bank transfer or a wire. Your clocked hours become the pay period's timesheet; Make my invoice sends it, the family approves and marks it paid, and a day with required items missing is held for review, never unpaid.
