Clock in and out, the time log and pay release

Clock in and out with breaks, hours become a timesheet and an invoice; a day with required items missing is held for the family's review, never unpaid.

1 min readUpdated For: family, professional

A professional clocks in and out from their dashboard, with lunch and rest breaks; the hours add up into the pay period's timesheet and the invoice they send you. Can't make it releases a shift as an offer that another team member can claim from Open shifts; the family can also post open shifts.

Pay release is a review workflow, never a forfeiture. You decide which checklist items and logs are required for a shift (vitals logged, the end-of-shift list, a photo). A day with everything in is complete and released as usual. A day with something missing is held for your review — you approve it with a note or ask the person to complete it — and hours worked are always owed. A discretionary bonus can depend on complete days and a submitted invoice. The professional signs an acknowledgment of these rules during Getting started.
