Home Team Overview is the first page of HCT Management, at /home-care-team. It opens for the account owner and caregiver-role accounts only, the same accounts that run Home Team management; a family-tier member, a friend, a professional's own login and the agency office are refused. It shows the Home Care Team only: the home health aide, CNA or companion logins, and anyone added through Add to your home team. A nurse or a therapist on the clinical care team is not counted here, and neither is a removed login. Times are on the patient's clock. The page reads itself again every minute while it is open.
At the top: Home Team Overview with the date, then four tiles, two by two on a phone and four across on a computer. On duty now counts the professionals clocked in right now, with who and since when. Upcoming shifts counts the shifts on the weekly schedule that start in the next 48 hours, with the next one. Coverage issues counts the missed and late check-ins, the open shifts (on Open shifts, or a slot on the weekly schedule that nobody holds) for the next seven days, and the private shift notices not yet handled, and names only their kinds, for example 1 missed check-in · 2 open shifts. Credential alerts counts the documents that are overdue, need a new copy, are due, expire within 30 days or already expired, or are required and not on file. Each tile opens the page behind it.
Check-ins follow the schedule. A shift with no clock-in from its start reads Late, and Missed once 30 minutes have passed. A professional still clocked in 30 minutes after the shift's end, or 16 hours into a shift that is not on the schedule, shows as a shift still open.
Needs your attention lists each thing that needs the family, what is wrong now first, then what is coming up, then the rest, the soonest first. Each row says what to do (for example Review unfilled coverage, Review CPR documentation, Approve an invoice), who and when, and opens the exact page and tab where it is resolved, with that row marked; a shift flagged Needs review opens the invoice it is on, where Mark reviewed is. It covers missed and late check-ins, shifts still open, unfilled shifts, shift notices (with the professional's reason, which only the family reads here), expected care events not recorded on today's shifts, shift checklists closed with required items unticked in the last week, shifts flagged Needs review, time-fix requests, invoices to approve or to pay with their amounts, credential alerts, and the door-access review when it is due.
Today's shifts is a short list of today's shifts with their status (Scheduled, Checked in, In progress, Completed, Late, Missed or Unfilled); Calendar opens the whole schedule. Quick actions are Add a shift, Request coverage, Review timesheets and View invoices. When nothing needs the family, Needs your attention reads All caught up, with the same quick actions.
The page only reads: it changes nothing, and it sends no email, text or phone notification.
