For speech-language pathologists

A communication and care platform that keeps supporting patients between therapy sessions

A platform that keeps supporting patients between therapy sessions has to live where the patient lives: on the family's phone, in the kitchen, at 9 PM. ExpressAgain puts your assigned exercises on the patient's Practice page, your words in the patient's own library, and what changed since your last visit on your dashboard.

What is already built

Assign exercises

Presets in your discipline's language, with goal defaults and a preview of what the family will see; they appear on the patient's Practice page, which never grades.

The patient's own words

A personal phrase library you and the family add to, spoken with one tap beside the shared library; Couldn't find it keeps a typed message that matched nothing.

Since your last visit

The card on the Today door sums up what changed since your last logged visit, in the order your discipline needs first, never a word that reads meaning into a number.

Video visits and visit notes

A Telehealth appointment has a video room both sides join from the app, and after a visit a structured visit note from the same row; a signed note shared with the family shows under Appointments.

Today: assigned exercises on Practice, the patient's own words, Since your last visit, and video visits with a note.

The care-team dashboard as a home health aide: the welcome, your shift today and the clock.

How it works

  1. Book the intro call, or ask for a preview on For clinicians; previews are set up personally during early access.

  2. A family sends you a code; at the IDC Team sign-in the code is checked, then you say who you are and choose a password.

  3. Assign exercises from the dashboard; they appear on the patient's Practice page, and Since your last visit sums up what changed.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

There is no charge to a clinician for joining a family's circle with the family's code; the family's plan carries the Care Team logins. A practice that follows many patients is set up as an organization on a package in a call, and its pricing page carries no number.

What happens after I book the call?

The intro call is 15 to 20 minutes with a real person, who sets up your clinician preview personally. After that, a family's code at the IDC Team sign-in gives you the care-team dashboard for that one patient; your email and password then work from any device.

Does the family see my notes?

Exercises and home recommendations reach the patient and the family on purpose. A visit note shows under Appointments only when you share the signed note with the family.

What do I see about the patient?

Every care-team login reads the day plan and the shared clinical picture for that one family; the action tabs follow your discipline, and the family feed is never shown to a clinical login.
