For the family member who runs the care

Find a speech therapist near me, and keep the practice going between sessions

To find a speech therapist near you, choose Therapist and type a ZIP code on the Marketplace's Find page, or invite the therapist you already have with a code. Either way, the exercises the therapist assigns land on the patient's Practice page, so the work continues between sessions.

What is already built

Search by clinician type and ZIP

Therapist (PT, OT, speech) is one of the clinician types on Find home care providers; names stay masked until the professional answers.

Exercises on the Practice page

Therapists assign exercises with presets in their discipline's language; they appear on the patient's Practice page, which never grades.

Today: a search by therapist and ZIP, a code for your own SLP, and the assigned exercises on Practice.

Practice Out Loud: hear it, record my try, hear my recording, with no grading.

How it works

  1. Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).

  2. The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.

  3. Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.

What happens after I sign up?

Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.

Is every speech therapist on the Marketplace?

No, only those who joined it. Your current SLP can join your care team instead with the family's code, at no charge to the therapist.

What does the therapist see?

The care-team dashboard for that one patient: the day, Since your last visit, the assigned exercises and the clinical picture, never the family feed.

Everyone who helps, working from the same page.
