For the family member who runs the care
Find a home health aide who knows how your person communicates
To find a home health aide on ExpressAgain, choose the kind of care and type a ZIP code, and real professionals appear with names masked until they answer. Send a questionnaire, agree a rate, and the agreement, the house code and the first shift all live on one profile.
What is already built
Find home care providers
Families search real professionals by the kind of care, the clinician type (RN, LPN, NP, wound care nurse, CNA, PCA, MA, phlebotomist, EMT, therapist) and a ZIP code, with names masked.

The questionnaire
The family sends a person they are considering a few questions: skills, schedules, references, a background check and a rate, with nothing about the patient on it. Then accept, propose a different rate or decline.

Today: search by care type and ZIP, a questionnaire, a signed agreement and a door code, on one profile.

How it works
Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).
The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.
Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.
What happens after I sign up?
Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.
Are the professionals screened?
The questionnaire asks whether they are open to a background check and for three references; credentials on file show the type, the state and the expiry, and ExpressAgain does not check them with the state board.
How is pay handled?
Clock in and out with breaks; the hours become a timesheet and an invoice the family approves and marks paid, with the professional's chosen pay method shown on a logged reveal.
