For the family member who runs the care
Help caring for a parent after a stroke, when you cannot be there every hour
Help caring for a parent after a stroke usually means covering hours you cannot be in the house. ExpressAgain lets the family hire and schedule professionals, hand them the day step by step, and see every tick, dose and reading they log, from the next room or the next state.
What is already built
The schedule
One calendar for care shifts, therapy, appointments and visits; Can't make it offers a shift to the rest of the team.

The app during a visit
Clock in, tick the start-of-shift list, follow the day step by step, log doses, readings and personal care, tick the end-of-shift list, clock out. Every entry is saved under the professional's name.

Two clocks: the patient's and yours
The patient's time zone is set once per circle; each person chooses Show times in for their own screen, so a daughter in another state reads the day without doing the math.

Home Team management
Roster and rates, the weekly schedule, this week's shifts, invoices to approve and pay, and the shift checklists.

Today: a schedule with open shifts, a shift the professional follows step by step, two clocks, and the pay in one place.

How it works
Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).
The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.
Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.
What happens after I sign up?
Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.
Can I see when the aide clocked in?
Yes. This week shows each clock, and with the family's switch on, the Home Team clocks in and out only at the house, checked against the phone's location at the tap and never tracked in between.
What if a required item is missed?
A day with required items missing is held for the family's review, never unpaid, and a shift marked as giving medication has a hard stop for anyone not allowed to.
