Home Team management is the family's side of the clock: for the home care nurses we need a clock in and clock out system to generate a timesheet and an invoice for them to bill me and for us to pay them. Five views: Roster and rates (each person's rate, pay period, overtime rule, whether the shift gives medication, a not-allowed-to-give-medication block, the bank deposit fee you pass on), Weekly schedule (recurring slots per person, one-off shifts, open shifts to offer), This week, Invoices, and Shift checklists.
An invoice arrives from the professional (or the agency office) for a pay period; you approve it, then Pay now shows their chosen method — Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, a mailed or deposited check, a bank transfer or a wire — with a logged reveal of account details, and Mark paid records how and with what reference. Every rate, name and slot is typed by the family; the app knows nobody.
