View or download, Accept, or ask for a new copy with a note; upload on their behalf; move a due date. A license or CPR card within 30 days of expiring shows amber, expired shows red.
The credential policy is yours to set: CPR is required by default, a license is not, and a professional who does not have one yet taps I don't have one yet and gets 30 days and a list of where to get one; you can block new shifts after the deadline, never clock-out or pay.
When a professional fills out and signs the W-9 in the app, the family sees W-9 on file, the last four digits and the signed date, with View W-9 (the generated PDF). The owner can Reveal the full number to file a 1099; it shows for sixty seconds and every reveal is recorded. W-4 and I-9 link to the official blank forms.
