ExpressAgainPrescriptions holds her medications, allergies and pharmacies on one page. Closed, each medication shows its name, whether it is active and when it is given; open it for the strength, form, times a day, reason, prescriber, pharmacy, the Rx line, the refill log and a paused-why note. Tabs count All, Active, Paused and Stopped. You can paste a whole medication list in at once.
Allergies are a compact strip near the top. Pharmacies are rows at the bottom — phone, address, notes, the main one starred and which medications each fills — moved here from the Care Team page. The same data feeds the Emergency Plan Card, the clinicians' Medications tab and the printed task sheet.
Doses given, skipped, refused, missed or late are logged from her day and from the clinicians' side and counted in the Medications report.
