Assign exercises, home recommendations and notes

Speech, physical and occupational therapists have Assign exercise first: a guided mini-form with presets in your discipline's language (naming practice around the house, I want sentence practice, morning dressing practice, bed-to-chair transfers, sit-to-stand and more), goal defaults, and a live preview of exactly what the caregiver will see. Assigned exercises show up on her Practice page, which never grades. Everyone sees the team's assignments so care is coordinated.

Home recommendations are filed by category and arrive on the family's Coming Home page, where they mark each Done, In progress or Need help. Notes for her and the caregivers are read by the family; her day is readable by every clinical login regardless of discipline.
