For people living with Parkinson's and their families
A communication device for Parkinson's that is already in the pocket
A communication device for Parkinson's does not have to be a new piece of equipment. ExpressAgain runs in the browser on the phone or tablet the family already owns, so the device is the one already charged, already familiar, already in the room.
What is already built
In the browser, nothing to install
Tap-to-speak on any tablet or phone in the browser, for a patient who can read and point; every screen is checked at phone width with no sideways scroll.

The patient's own key
A second email and password on the same account, or a 5 to 10 digit number code on the devices the family marks as the patient's: tap the code and it opens.
Where it lives: Settings, the patient's login · Read how it works
Phone notifications without an app
Turn on notifications on this phone, on Android and on a computer, or on an iPhone or iPad once ExpressAgain is added to the Home Screen.

Read aloud
Lessons, phrases, feed posts and mood check-ins can be read aloud. My Vault and Bills and Payments never speak a value.

Today: the phone or tablet you have, a number-code login for the patient, and notifications with no app store.

How it works
Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).
The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.
Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.
What happens after I sign up?
Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.
Which devices work?
A phone, a tablet or a computer, in the web browser. On an iPhone or iPad, add ExpressAgain to the Home Screen with the Share button to open it from an icon and turn on notifications.
Can a nurse use the same tablet?
A clinician signs in with a login of their own at the IDC Team sign-in, never with the patient's code; the patient's number pad opens Communicate on the devices the family marked as the patient's.
