For employers and benefits brokers
For employers and benefits brokers
For an employer, ExpressAgain is a benefit for the employee who is also running a parent's or partner's care: the Status Board, one conversation with the care team, the dose reminder on shift, and Get Help Now reaching the family's phone. Your company pays; the family is not asked.
What is already built
The Status Board
The patient's status as of today on one screen: today's plan, the latest readings with who logged them, the kitchen heads-up and what the care team is saying.

One conversation with the care team
The IDC Team feed is the care team's own conversation: every clinical login, the account owner and the family members with full access read, post and pin there.

Get Help Now reaches the family's phone
The patient taps Get Help Now, it speaks at once, and after five seconds to cancel the alert goes to whoever runs the account, the family members with full access and the professional on shift.

Your company pays; the family is not asked
A sponsorship covers the family's base access; the family is never asked to pay while it runs, and a grace period protects the family if it stops.

How it works
Book the 30-minute call; a real person walks through the benefit with your own workforce in mind.
Your organization is set up with our team and starts in preview, with a few patients and a few people.
Sponsorships are recorded on each employee's family account in your company's name.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
The family's account is free to start, and Communicate is never behind a paywall. Your organization is set up with our team, starting in preview with a few patients and a few people; the package is set in a call and no price is published on this page.
What happens after I book the call?
A 30-minute call with a real person, using your own patients as the example. Your organization then starts in preview: providers see the patients whose families added them, a few patients can be enrolled to see how it works, and the whole organization comes on when the agreement is signed.
Does the company see the record?
No. A sponsorship gives the company no sign-in, no readings, no medications, no notes and no feed; only the family and ExpressAgain's own team can read the sponsorship itself.
