For families facing a brain tumor

Care at home after a brain tumor: one plan for the family, the aides and the doctors

Care at home after a brain tumor is a team effort that usually runs on text messages and a paper notebook. ExpressAgain replaces the notebook with one shared record: the day plan, the dose log, the readings and the team feed, read by the family, the professionals in the home and the clinicians.

What is already built

The day plan

The patient's real day in time blocks with a checklist under every block; whoever is on shift ticks each step and the log keeps who did it and when.

The dose log

Doses given, skipped, refused, missed or late, logged from the day plan and from the clinicians' side, and counted in the Medications report.

Health Tracking, the shared chart

One reading, logged once by whoever is there, is on the family's chart, the Status Board and the team feed.

The IDC Team feed

The care team's own conversation, where every discipline and the family post, pin and moderate, with activity rows for every reading and dose logged.

How it works

  1. Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).

  2. The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.

  3. Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.

What happens after I sign up?

Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.

Does the oncologist get the readings?

A physician who joins with a code gets every reading as a plain alert line, sent at once when it is outside the targets; without a login, the weekly summary prints for the office.

Can we hire help from here?

Yes. Find home care providers searches real professionals by the kind of care and a ZIP code, and a questionnaire goes to anyone you are considering with nothing about the patient on it.
