For people living with Parkinson's and their families

Caregiver help for Parkinson's: the day, the doses and someone to call

Help for the person caring for someone with Parkinson's starts with the day: which doses at which times, what the morning looks like, who is coming this afternoon. ExpressAgain holds the day plan, the medication schedule and the schedule of shifts and visits, and lets the family find professionals to share the load.

What is already built

The day plan

The patient's real day as a story for a new sitter and as a printable timeline, with a how-to video and a checklist under every block. The log keeps who ticked each step and when.

Medication schedules

Set times, or every so many hours, per medication, with a pop-up and a phone notification when a set is due, naming only which set.

The schedule

One calendar for care shifts, therapy, appointments and visits, with filters. A booking link lets an agency reserve an open hour without a login.

How it works

  1. Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).

  2. The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.

  3. Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.

What happens after I sign up?

Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.

How do I hand the day to a new sitter?

The day plan's story view reads like a note for a first shift, the timeline prints, and each block carries a how-to video the family records; the professional ticks each step and the log keeps who did it and when.

What if I need a break?

Respite care is one of the Marketplace's services, and a questionnaire goes to a professional you are considering with nothing about the patient on it.
