For people living with Parkinson's and their families
Apps for Parkinson's patients: speaking, medicine timing and the day, together
Most apps for Parkinson's patients do one thing: a tremor tracker, a pill reminder, a voice exerciser. ExpressAgain puts speaking, the medication schedule, the day plan and the people who help in one account that the whole family and the care team share.
What is already built
Medication schedules and the dose-due reminder
Set times, or every so many hours from the first dose, per medication. When a set is due a pop-up asks like the nap one does, and the dose log keeps given, skipped, refused, missed or late.

The day plan
The patient's real day, shown as a story for a new sitter and as a printable timeline, with a how-to video and a tappable checklist under every block.

Health Tracking, the shared chart
Blood pressure and vitals, weight, sleep, symptoms and events, personal care and meals, with Copy, Print and Analyze. Green and red only say inside or outside the family's targets.

Appointments
Every clinical visit with where to go, what to bring, who is driving and who goes along, on the schedule and the care dashboard the moment it saves, with an email the day before.

Today: dose reminders with a log, the day plan, Health Tracking and appointments, shared with the care team.

How it works
Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).
The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.
Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.
What happens after I sign up?
Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.
Can the neurologist see any of it?
A physician joins with a code from the family and reads the dashboard: the day, the medications, the tracking and the notes. Without a login, the weekly doctor summary and the Care Team Report print or save as a PDF.
Does the app decide when a dose is due?
No. The family enters the times from the label; the app reminds and records, and it never suggests a dose or a time.
