For people living with Parkinson's and their families

Parkinson's caregiver support that shows up at 6 AM

Parkinson's support for the family has to be there at the hour the first dose is due, not just at a monthly meeting. ExpressAgain sends the dose-due reminder, logs who gave it, and tells the right people when a reading is outside the targets the doctor set.

What is already built

The dose-due reminder

When a set is due a pop-up asks, and a phone notification goes to whoever runs the account, the managing accounts and the circle's care team, naming only which set is due.

Care alerts against the targets

Every glucose, vitals or symptom entry becomes one plain line for the active clinical logins, and a line outside the family's targets goes out at once. An alert compares a reading with the targets; it never diagnoses.

Get Help Now

One tap speaks at once and counts down five seconds; then the right people get a phone notification, a text and a call until someone answers, and answering tells everyone else.

Support communities on MeetMindz

Groups where families talk with other families going through the same thing, including ALS and Parkinson's, on a separate community site with its own sign-up. Nothing from ExpressAgain is shared with it.

Today: dose reminders, alerts against the doctor's targets, Get Help Now and a families' group.

Health Tracking: the blood-glucose grid and the other logs, with Copy, Print and Analyze.

How it works

  1. Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).

  2. The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.

  3. Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.

What happens after I sign up?

Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.

Who sets the targets?

The family types the care team's own ranges and when-to-call instructions, and a physician or nurse on the team can change a target group from the dashboard, marked Updated by Dr. and the date.

Does the app diagnose anything?

No. Green and red only say inside or outside the family's targets, an alert compares a reading with the targets, and the chart records and displays without judging a value.
