For families caring for someone with dementia

A dementia caregiver app for the family that carries the day

A dementia app for the family is really an app for the day: the routine, the meals, the medications, the people coming to help. ExpressAgain keeps the day plan, Menu and Kitchen, the dose log and the Home Team in one account, with the person's own gentle phrases beside them.

What is already built

The day plan

The patient's real day, shown as a story for a new sitter and as a printable timeline, with a tappable checklist under every block.

Menu and Kitchen

What the patient can have, a real kitchen inventory with counts, recipe ideas and a one-tap plan for the day's meals; a meal served by a professional is logged under that professional's name.

The dose log

Doses given, skipped, refused, missed or late, logged from the day plan and from the clinicians' side, and counted in the Medications report.

My Home Team

The roster of the people the family works with, each with six standings, and one profile that holds contact details, house entry, agreements, documents, hours and pay, schedule and getting started.

Today: the day plan, the kitchen, the dose log and one profile per professional.

My Home Team: one card per professional with the six standings.

How it works

  1. Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).

  2. The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.

  3. Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.

What happens after I sign up?

Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.

Can an aide log a meal or a dose?

Yes. Every tick, dose and reading a professional logs is saved under the professional's name and reaches the family and the care team; a meal taken off the kitchen count is logged under that name too.

How do I know who is in the house?

Each professional gets their own keypad code when hired, shown only on a deliberate tap and revoked when they leave, and comings and goings are on the Home Team reports.

Gentle, simple and familiar, from the first day.
