For families looking for help at home

In-home care near me, from the professionals who posted a profile

In-home care near me starts with a ZIP code on ExpressAgain: type it on the Marketplace and the professionals who posted a profile within the miles they travel appear, names masked until they answer. Post a care request instead and the ones whose rate, tasks and credential fit are emailed the moment it is saved.

The professional's card

A photo or logo, the name as a first name and an initial, the badge Independent professional or Agency, the role with the credential letters, the city, state and ZIP (never a street), how far they travel, the rate when they gave one, what they have done on ExpressAgain, and a rating only when a family has left a review.

The form asks your name, email and phone, the ZIP code, the type of care (or Not sure yet, help me decide), what you will pay per hour or per visit, the tasks, a credential if one is required, when (weekday days and evenings, weekend days and evenings, overnights, 24/7 or live-in) and About the patient: a first name, the age, the reason for care, who the patient is and anything else.

Matched by pay, distance and what the state allows

Professionals set what they need to make within 30, 60 and 100 miles. A request is matched to the ones whose rate for your distance is at or under your offer, who do every task you ticked, and whose credential on file allows each task in your state, with every reason printed on the card.

How it works

  1. Post a care request on the Marketplace: your name, email and phone, the ZIP code where care happens, the type of care, what you will pay, the tasks, a credential if one is needed, when, and a few lines about the patient. Sending it creates your free ExpressAgain account so you can track it.

  2. The professionals near you whose rate for your distance, tasks, credential and travel limit fit are matched the moment the request is saved and emailed at once; each answer comes straight to your inbox with the professional's message and contact details.

  3. Choose the person: send the questionnaire from Find a team member, agree the rate, sign the agreement, and the professional joins My Home Team and works from the family's shared care plan, the day plan and the shift checklists.

Questions people ask

Is it free to start?

Yes. There is no charge to post a care request, and sending it creates your free ExpressAgain account so you can track it under Your care requests on Marketplace Home. Free is where everyone starts, the Pricing page shows the plans side by side, and no price is written on this page.

What happens after I post a request?

The request goes live on the Open Care Requests board with your name masked, and the professionals in your ZIP area who match are emailed at once; the thank-you shows who matched right now and names the account it created. Each answer arrives in your inbox with the professional's message and contact details, and Your care requests on Marketplace Home lists every request with how many answered.

What if nobody is listed near me yet?

The request still goes live on the Open Care Requests board and your receipt says so; the ExpressAgain team sees the state with no professionals listed yet and recruits there, and a professional who joins later sees the request the moment it fits them.

Can I search before I post?

Yes. Find home care providers takes the kind of care, the clinician type, who (independent professionals or agencies) and a ZIP; Learn more on a card drops down the services, the rates and the credentials on file, and Request care sends the request to that one professional.

Post what you need once. Professionals near you answer, and the family chooses.
