For families looking for help at home
An in-home caregiver who works from the family's own plan
An in-home professional hired on ExpressAgain works from the plan the family already keeps: the day plan step by step, the medications with their times, and the start-of-shift and end-of-shift checklists. The hiring happens on the Marketplace, and the agreement, the house code, the hours and the pay live on one profile.
What is already built
The app during a visit
Clock in, tick the start-of-shift list, follow the day step by step, log doses, readings and personal care (a shower, a wash-up, moving around and how the patient moved), tick the end-of-shift list, clock out. Every entry is saved under the professional's name.

The day plan
The patient's real day in time blocks, written once by the family: each block with its steps, a how-to video and a checklist, read as a story for a new sitter's first day or printed as a timeline. The professional ticks each step and the log keeps who did it and when.

House entry codes
Each professional gets their own keypad code when hired, shown only on a deliberate tap and revoked when they leave, with comings and goings on the reports.

Home Team management
Each person's rate and pay period, the weekly schedule with recurring slots, one-off shifts and open shifts to offer, this week's clocks, the invoices to approve and pay, and the shift checklists the family writes.

How it works
Post a care request on the Marketplace: your name, email and phone, the ZIP code where care happens, the type of care, what you will pay, the tasks, a credential if one is needed, when, and a few lines about the patient. Sending it creates your free ExpressAgain account so you can track it.
The professionals near you whose rate for your distance, tasks, credential and travel limit fit are matched the moment the request is saved and emailed at once; each answer comes straight to your inbox with the professional's message and contact details.
Choose the person: send the questionnaire from Find a team member, agree the rate, sign the agreement, and the professional joins My Home Team and works from the family's shared care plan, the day plan and the shift checklists.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. There is no charge to post a care request, and sending it creates your free ExpressAgain account so you can track it under Your care requests on Marketplace Home. Free is where everyone starts, the Pricing page shows the plans side by side, and no price is written on this page.
What happens after I post a request?
The request goes live on the Open Care Requests board with your name masked, and the professionals in your ZIP area who match are emailed at once; the thank-you shows who matched right now and names the account it created. Each answer arrives in your inbox with the professional's message and contact details, and Your care requests on Marketplace Home lists every request with how many answered.
Are the professionals screened?
The questionnaire asks whether the person is open to a background check and for three references; a credential on file shows its type, state and expiry, and ExpressAgain does not check it with the state board. A background check is ordered or recorded from the Care Team page after hiring, and the card then reads Background checked.
How is the professional paid?
Clock in and out with breaks; the hours become the pay period's timesheet and an invoice the family approves and marks paid by the professional's chosen method, Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, a check, a bank transfer or a wire, shown on a logged reveal.
