For families looking for help at home
In-home nursing care, matched to what a nurse may do in your state
In-home nursing care is the work that needs a license: medication administration, injections, wound care, catheter and tube care, and a nurse's assessment. ExpressAgain matches a request for those tasks only to a professional whose credential on file allows each one in the patient's state, and the visit is documented in the same shared record the family and the doctors use.
What is already built
Skilled Nursing
Medication administration, injections and IV care; wound care and post-surgical care; catheter, ostomy and feeding-tube management; assessments, vitals and clinical monitoring; and coordination with physicians, therapy and the family, documented in the shared record.

Matched by the state's rules
A medication or nursing task matches only a credential allowed to do it in the patient's state, current and with a copy on file; an RN or LPN multistate license counts in the other Nurse Licensure Compact states, and a task never matches where the state's rule is not confirmed yet.

The Visit Flow Sheet
The agency book's home-visit treatment flow sheet, kept in the app: the visit date and time, the boxes the paper has, and Use that day's readings, which pulls what Health Tracking holds for that date into the blank boxes.

Targets and care alerts
The family types the care team's own ranges for glucose, blood pressure, vitals and weight; every reading becomes one plain line for the clinical logins, and a line outside the targets goes out at once.

Today: skilled nursing as a service, a match that follows the state's rule for each task, the flow sheet and the readings against the targets.

How it works
Post a care request on the Marketplace: your name, email and phone, the ZIP code where care happens, the type of care, what you will pay, the tasks, a credential if one is needed, when, and a few lines about the patient. Sending it creates your free ExpressAgain account so you can track it.
The professionals near you whose rate for your distance, tasks, credential and travel limit fit are matched the moment the request is saved and emailed at once; each answer comes straight to your inbox with the professional's message and contact details.
Choose the person: send the questionnaire from Find a team member, agree the rate, sign the agreement, and the professional joins My Home Team and works from the family's shared care plan, the day plan and the shift checklists.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. There is no charge to post a care request, and sending it creates your free ExpressAgain account so you can track it under Your care requests on Marketplace Home. Free is where everyone starts, the Pricing page shows the plans side by side, and no price is written on this page.
What happens after I post a request?
The request goes live on the Open Care Requests board with your name masked, and the professionals in your ZIP area who match are emailed at once; the thank-you shows who matched right now and names the account it created. Each answer arrives in your inbox with the professional's message and contact details, and Your care requests on Marketplace Home lists every request with how many answered.
Does ExpressAgain check the nurse's license?
No. A credential on file shows its type, the state that issued it, whether an RN or LPN license is multistate, and the expiry, and it counts for matching only while current, in the state that issued it and with a copy on file. ExpressAgain does not check it with the state board.
Can the nurse change a medication's dose?
A physician or nurse on the care team records dose changes, the Medications tab shows each dose as given, skipped, refused, missed or late with who logged it, and a shift marked as giving medication has a hard stop for anyone not allowed to.
