For ambulance, EMT and community paramedicine
For ambulance and EMT companies, and community paramedicine
For an ambulance service or community paramedicine program, ExpressAgain opens a field view on the crew's phone: allergies and DNR at the top, the medications taken now, the dose changes, the latest readings and who speaks for the patient, then Log this visit. A practice can refer a patient to your caseload and ask for an in-home assessment.
What is already built
The field view: one page, on your phone
Field view on the patient's row opens one read-only page built for a phone, in the order a crew needs it: allergies and DNR at the top, the medications taken now, the dose changes, the latest readings, the last visit and the emergency information.

How it works
Book the 30-minute call; a real person walks through your service with your own visits as the example.
Your organization is set up with our team and starts in preview, with a few patients and a few people.
Your crew members join with a code as community paramedics and open the field view from your caseload.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
The family's account is free to start, and Communicate is never behind a paywall. Your organization is set up with our team, starting in preview with a few patients and a few people; the package is set in a call and no price is published on this page.
What happens after I book the call?
A 30-minute call with a real person, using your own patients as the example. Your organization then starts in preview: providers see the patients whose families added them, a few patients can be enrolled to see how it works, and the whole organization comes on when the agreement is signed.
Does the crew see the family feed?
No. A community paramedic is a clinical login like any other discipline: the field view, the readings, the medications and the emergency information, never the family feed.
