For laboratories and mobile phlebotomy
For laboratories and mobile phlebotomy
For a lab or mobile phlebotomy service, ExpressAgain makes the draw an appointment on the patient's Schedule, with what to prepare, directions and a temporary door code for the day, and keeps your lab as a tap-to-call card on the Care Team page. A family can also share its record with your lab through a share code it controls.
What is already built
The draw is an appointment on the patient's Schedule
The family books a Lab or imaging appointment: who it is with, the day and time, the home address with directions a tap away, your office phone, the reason and what to prepare, such as fasting.

How it works

Your organization is set up with our team and starts in preview, with a few patients and a few people.
Your lab is set up as a partner organization; a family that uses your lab types your share code and ticks what you may do.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
The family's account is free to start, and Communicate is never behind a paywall. Your organization is set up with our team, starting in preview with a few patients and a few people; the package is set in a call and no price is published on this page.
What happens after I book the call?
A 30-minute call with a real person, using your own patients as the example. Your organization then starts in preview: providers see the patients whose families added them, a few patients can be enrolled to see how it works, and the whole organization comes on when the agreement is signed.
Can a lab cover a family's access?
Yes. A sponsorship is one party paying for one family's access, and Laboratory is one of its kinds; our team records it and the Billing page names your lab.
