For pharmacies
For pharmacies: the medication list as it was actually taken
For a pharmacy, ExpressAgain keeps your pharmacy on each medication, the label as printed with the Refills log, and every dose as given, skipped, refused or missed, so a medication review starts from what happened at home. With the family's permission, your system reads the list and sends a document into the family's app.
What is already built
Your pharmacy, on each medication
Prescriptions keeps every pharmacy the family uses, with its phone, address and notes, the main one starred, and which medications each one fills.

The label as printed, and the Refills log
Each medication keeps the prescription as the bottle prints it: the Rx number, when it was written, filled and expires, the quantity dispensed, refills left, the next refill and the prescriber.

Every dose: given, skipped, refused or missed
With times set from the label, a pop-up asks the professional on shift to log each set when it is due, and a set nobody logged counts as missed in the Medications report.

Your pharmacy is set up as a partner organization with a share code the family types in Settings and ticks what you may read.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
The family's account is free to start, and Communicate is never behind a paywall. Your organization is set up with our team, starting in preview with a few patients and a few people; the package is set in a call and no price is published on this page.
What happens after I book the call?
A 30-minute call with a real person, using your own patients as the example. Your organization then starts in preview: providers see the patients whose families added them, a few patients can be enrolled to see how it works, and the whole organization comes on when the agreement is signed.
Can we send a medication review into the app?
With the family's permission for documents, your system can send a PDF into the app through the Partner API, and the family finds it on their sharing card; the app does not change the medication list from it.
