For patients
For the patient who runs their own care
For a patient who runs their own care, ExpressAgain is a workspace, not a childproofed board: Speak, Type and Letters, your condition's phrases first, and Medical Words in plain language. Your doctors are one tap away, the clinicians you choose get a login, and you log your own readings and medications.
What is already built
Communicate is your workspace
Speak holds Quick Speak tiles for what you need most, your recent and saved phrases, and your own words. Type speaks anything you type. Letters is an on-screen alphabet board.

Your own voice, kept
Record yourself from Settings, or upload a recording, best made while speaking is still comfortable; until the voice is ready, a clear built-in voice speaks.

A login for the clinicians you choose
Speech therapist, physical therapist, nurse, physician and more: the person joins at the IDC Team sign-in with your code and reads the day plan, your medications, your tracking and the notes.

Medications, with a reminder when a dose is due
Enter the times from the label. When a set is due, the pop-up asks and Given now logs it; the reminder reaches your phone with no medicine named on the lock screen.

Today: your workspace, your voice, your clinicians' logins and your medications, on the Free plan to start.

How it works
Create a free account: your name, email, a password and who the app is for (yourself, someone you care for, a patient, or an organization).
The guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review.
Tap any phrase on Communicate to say it out loud; invite family with a personal link and give each clinician or professional a code from the Care Team page.
Questions people ask
Is it free to start?
Yes. Free is where everyone starts, and communicating is never behind a paywall: tap to speak, the phrase boards, the sentence builder, Letters, the Phrase Library, lessons, Games and Play, the emergency screen, the Emergency Plan Card and the built-in voice. Free also invites 2 family members to the Family and Friends Feed. The Pricing page shows the plans side by side.
What happens after I sign up?
Sign up asks for your name, email and a password, and who the app is for. Then the guided setup takes four short steps: who the app is for and the condition mode, text and button sizes, a voice and the first people, then a review. Entering the patient's name and date of birth pins the two phrases hospitals ask for constantly.
Can I keep the account mine?
Yes. Choose This is for me at sign-up; you are the account owner, you invite the people you want, and every role sees only what it needs.
