1. Under Needed time, add each block when someone must be there, for example Mon 08:00 to 12:00.
2. Under Visits, add each planned visit: the first and last name, family, friend or professional, the day and the times.
3. An end time at or before the start time runs overnight into the next day.
4. Read the result: the share of needed time covered, each uncovered stretch, and where two or more people overlap.
5. Tap Print the week to share the plan with the family.

How do I find gaps in a care schedule?

List the times someone needs to be there and every planned visit. The checker marks each needed minute that no visit covers and lists those stretches by day and time, such as Wed 10:00 to 12:00.

What happens when two visits overlap?

The overlap is listed with who overlaps, and the time is counted once in coverage. An overlap can be a planned handoff or a sign that one visit could move to fill a gap.

Can a visit run overnight?

Yes. When the end time is at or before the start time, the visit runs into the next day, so Sun 22:00 to 06:00 covers Sunday night and early Monday.

Does the checker store the names I type?

No. It runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent to ExpressAgain or saved on a server.
