Partly built: part of this depends on a connection or a switch that may not be on for your account yet. The article says which part.
Reading. A person can ask an AI assistant about ExpressAgain, and the assistant can read the answer from ExpressAgain itself: what it is, the Marketplace's home care services, open agency jobs by state and city, a search of this Help Center, and any public page as plain text. It does that through a free public API, an MCP server, and, in a browser whose assistant supports WebMCP, five read-only tools on the public pages (never on the app's own pages). All of it is read-only and public: no patient information, no circle's record, no addresses and no applications, and nothing is ever changed. The Developers page explains it under Public API and MCP and A2A.
Buying a plan. An assistant can buy the Individual or Family plan for a person, the same plans as the Upgrade page; prices are on the Pricing page. The plan lands on the ExpressAgain account with the buyer's email exactly as if it had been chosen on the Upgrade page; a new email gets an account, a one-tap sign-in link and the usual welcome emails. The plan is managed or canceled from Billing as usual. Organizations are not sold this way: an assistant offers to book a call, or to start an agency's free trial.
Partly: buying through an assistant is built, and it works once the assistant's company approves ExpressAgain as a merchant and its keys are issued. Until then an assistant can read the plans but not complete the purchase. Reading the public information works today.
Step by step
- 1Open Developers from the site's footer and read Public API and AI agents can buy.
- 2Ask your AI assistant what ExpressAgain is, or to find a Help article, such as how to invite family.
- 3If an assistant bought a plan for you, sign in with the link in the email and open Billing to see the plan.
