Your agency's Schedule: every client home on one week

Schedule, right under Today in an agency's menu, is the same week grid families use, across every client home your agency serves: By worker or By client, the Open shifts row with each day's filled count, + Add shift that asks which client first, and a sheet for each shift. Every change lands in the client's own schedule.

Who has it. Schedule is in the organization panel of an agency, under Today, for the agency's administrators and its office (the people who may change a client's weekly schedule). A placed professional does not have it.

What is on it. Every active client home your agency serves, and in each home only your agency's own professionals, the work they do through your agency, and the home's open shifts nobody holds yet. The client's Care team (doctors, nurses and therapists who manage the care) is never on it, and neither is another agency's or the family's own professional. It shows no pay: no rates, costs or invoices.

By worker and By client. By worker shows one row per professional of your agency, even when they work in several homes, with their title and their hours in the days on screen; each block names the client. By client shows one row per client home; each block names who works it. The Open shifts row on top holds what nobody is on yet, each block naming whose home, and each day's filled count (for example 2/3), counted the way the family's own grid counts. Choose Week, Two weeks or Month and move with ‹, › and Today. On a phone the grid is a list, day by day, and each card names the client.

Add a shift. + Add shift asks which client first (when your agency serves only one client home, it goes straight on). Then the same Add shift sheet families use opens for that home: One day or Every week, a shift type that fills the times, how many people, who (your agency's professionals in that home, with why someone can't be picked), Gives meds and a note. Tapping an empty square in a professional's row starts with that person; when they work in more than one home, you pick which home. Days before today are not offered.

Change or remove a shift. Tap a shift for its sheet: the day, the time, the client, who, how often and whether it gives medication. Change sets new times or who works it, every week from that week on (a one-day shift on its own day); to change the days, remove it and add a new one. Remove ends it on the last day you pick, or takes it off whole when it has not started yet. To put one of your professionals on an open shift, use Change and pick who; offering a shift for someone to accept stays the family's step. An open shift the family posted for a day is shown, and changed from the family's schedule.

Where a change lands. Every change goes into the client's own schedule, the one the family sees. Where the family lets your agency manage the weekly schedule (an account your agency created, until its owner turns that off, or a family that switched it on), it is saved in the home at once, marked with your agency's name. Otherwise it is sent to the family to approve, and nothing in the home changes until they accept; their answer shows on the client's page. The family's own rules always hold: someone the family has not allowed to give medication, or whose required credential is overdue, can't be put on a shift.

The menu. An agency's menu is grouped: Today and Schedule on top, then Clients (Panel, Feed & alerts, Patients, Requests, Show a patient), People (Team, Hiring, Interviews, Rewards), Money (Client billing, Services & prices, Payroll export, Your ExpressAgain plan: the only place pay, rates and invoices are), and Compliance & Settings (EVV, Reports, Setup, Settings). Each page shows only for the people it did before. On a computer a group opens and closes with its heading, and the group of the page you are on opens by itself; on a phone the menu button shows every group at once, two to a row.
