Your AgencyOS plan and billing

An agency's organization admin picks its patient slots on its private pricing page, requests the plan for ExpressAgain to approve, and follows its plan, invoices and payment card on Billing & payments.

ExpressAgain AgencyOS is priced by patient slots: the capacity your agency reserves for the patients it serves. It is never the number of people who work for you; professional and office accounts are unlimited, and the price never depends on how many W-2 or 1099 workers you have. A slot freed when a patient leaves is reused, and your slots never go down on their own.

Plans and pricing is private to your agency. Your organization admin opens it from Settings (Your plan, See plans and pricing) or from Plans and pricing on the trial box. It shows your agency, its trial or plan status, and what you told us at signup, then one slider and a number box for your patient slots. The default is the number of clients you gave at signup, at least 3. The plan name follows the slots: Essentials from 3 to 25, Launch from 26 to 99, Growth from 100 to 249, Scale from 250 to 999, and Enterprise from 1,000, which is custom pricing with Contact Enterprise Sales. Pick Monthly or Annual; annual is paid up front for twelve months and costs less than twelve monthly payments, and the page shows the amount and the savings. Setup is self-service, standard assisted setup (one time, scoped), or an enterprise implementation quoted for you. Moving the slider never creates a bill.

Request this plan sends ExpressAgain your request, pending approval, with a link to book a call. Nothing is charged until ExpressAgain approves it. A census of 1,000 or more, or a parent, franchise or holding company buying for several separately managed agencies, goes to Enterprise Sales; needs such as single sign-on, custom integrations or a large migration are reviewed by Enterprise Sales too. A trial agency can keep its 3 trial slots on a paid plan, and everything it set up during the trial carries over.

Once approved, Billing & payments (in the menu, after Settings) shows your plan, slots and how many are in use, your price and billing frequency, the next invoice day, ExpressAgain's invoices with Pay, and Manage card for your payment card. Until online payment is switched on for your agency the page reads Your invoice will come from ExpressAgain, and the invoice arrives by email. Billing your own clients stays on Billing.

Add slots shows the exact charge before anything changes: the prorated amount for the rest of the current period and the new recurring price; Add asks once more. When a new patient needs a slot you don't have, Billing & payments shows the same numbers and waits for your yes, unless your admin turned on Automatically add slots when we need them, in which case the slot is added and the charge shows on the page.
